1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Revonate (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. Continued use of the App after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Scope of Service & Not Professional Advice

Revonate is provided solely for personal organizational, record-keeping, and management purposes. We are not licensed home contractors, building inspectors, automotive mechanics, accountants, or certified service technicians.

• No Maintenance or Structural Guarantee: Nothing in the App constitutes professional maintenance, structural, electrical, safety, or mechanical advice.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the condition, safety, and operational readiness of your home and vehicles, as well as following appropriate manufacturer guidelines.
• Limitation of Risk: Builds by YD is not liable for any property damage, vehicular breakdowns, personal injuries, missed maintenance windows, failed reminders, or financial losses arising from your use of or reliance on the App.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Revonate offers free basic functionality and optional Premium upgrades (which may include features such as managing multiple homes/vehicles, PDF/CSV export, and auto-backup capabilities).

• Payment Processing: All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or access your credit card or financial billing information.
• Refund Policy: Purchases are non-refundable by the developer. All refund requests are handled exclusively through Google Play in accordance with Google Play’s refund policies.
• License & Restoration: Premium features are tied to your Google Play account. Reinstalling the App or switching devices allows you to restore your purchase as long as you are logged into the same Google account used for the original transaction.
• Tier Limits: Free tier limits (such as single-home or single-vehicle restrictions) are enforced within the App software. Bypassing or attempting to circumvent these limits is a violation of these Terms.

4. Data Management, Export/Import, & Backups

All records entered into Revonate—including home renovations, repairs, area specs, vehicle logs, VINs, mileage, reminders, reports, and to-do items—are stored locally on your device.

• Local Storage & Backup Responsibility: You maintain sole ownership and responsibility for your data. We do not maintain cloud servers containing your records.
• Data Exports & Imports: Features allowing you to export or import data (e.g., JSON, CSV, or PDF) write files directly to your device’s storage. You are responsible for safeguarding exported files.
• Data Loss Disclaimer: Builds by YD is not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, uninstallation, operating system updates, factory resets, or corrupted import/export files.

5. Notifications & Reminders

Revonate provides scheduled notifications and reminders for home and vehicle tasks.

• System Settings: The delivery of reminders depends on your device's operating system, battery optimization settings, and granted permissions.
• No Reliance for Critical Safety: Notifications should not be relied upon as a sole method for safety-critical maintenance (e.g., brake inspections or gas leak checks). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or timely notification delivery.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into Revonate. The App does not validate or verify user inputs (such as vehicle mileage entries or repair dates). Any calculation, summary, or report generated by the App is based strictly on user-provided data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Revonate is provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device configuration.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Builds by YD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Revonate. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to acquire or upgrade the App.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to tamper with the App’s source code, license checks, or feature-gating mechanisms. You may not distribute, lease, or resell the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
