CashTrack – Expense Tracker

By downloading, installing, or using CashTrack (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Continued use of the App after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
CashTrack is provided for personal tracking and informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, accountants, or tax professionals. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice.
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Builds by YD is not liable for any financial losses, missed payments, overdraft fees, or other consequences arising from your use of the App or reliance on any data within it.
CashTrack offers an optional one-time Premium upgrade. All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information at any time.
All purchases are final. Refunds, if applicable, are handled solely by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies. If you uninstall the App, your Premium status can be restored by restoring purchases through the App, as long as you are signed in to the same Google account used at the time of purchase.
All data you enter into CashTrack — including expenses, categories, and budgets — is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your financial data.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Builds by YD is not responsible for any data loss resulting from uninstalling the App, device failure, factory resets, or any other cause.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into CashTrack. The App does not verify, validate, or correct any data you input. Any errors in your records are your own responsibility.
CashTrack is provided “AS-IS” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of data loss. We strongly recommend regularly exporting or backing up your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Builds by YD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of CashTrack. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of income, or any financial harm.
By using the App, you agree that your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to bypass any part of the App, including any premium license verification. You may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any portion of it.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
