Welcome to Builds TV - IPTV Player (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user data. We built this application with a strict "privacy-first" and "offline-first" philosophy.

2. Information We Collect (Zero Data Collection)

Builds TV is designed to act strictly as a local media player. We do not collect, track, transmit, or store any personal information. We do not operate external databases, require user accounts, or track your viewing habits.

• No Telemetry or Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics tools to track how you use the App.
• No Advertisements: The App does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, meaning no ad-tracking or device fingerprinting occurs.

3. Local Data Storage

All configurations and media setups are stored entirely locally on your smart television's hardware storage. This includes:

• The M3U playlist URLs you provide.
• Your custom channel names, hidden channel blacklists, and favorites lists.
• Application settings (e.g., auto-play and mute preferences).

Because this data is sandboxed locally on your device, we (the Developer) have absolutely zero access to view, alter, or share your playlists or settings.

4. Third-Party Network Access

The App requires standard Internet access strictly to fetch and stream the media from the third-party M3U playlist URLs that you manually input into the App. We do not reroute, proxy, or monitor this traffic. Your connection is strictly between your television and the server hosting your provided playlist.

5. Data Deletion

Because your data is stored locally, you have total control over it. You can permanently delete all saved playlists, favorites, and settings at any time by utilizing the "Clear App Cache Data" button within the App's Settings menu, or by simply uninstalling the application from your television.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
